Terms & Conditions

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Virtual Coaching Center (SJarna Thomas & Co LLC) and the individual enrolling in The VCC Private Community.

 By enrolling in the program and accessing the digital content, Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below:

    1.    Membership Access and Duration:
a. Member shall have access to The VCC Private Community upon successful enrollment and payment.
b. Membership duration is based on a monthly subscription model, with automatic recurring billing until cancellation by the Member.
    2.    No Refunds:
a. Due to the nature of the program and the digital accessibility of all content from the moment of purchase, The VCC does not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees.
b. By enrolling and continuing the monthly subscription, Member acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
    3.    Content and Intellectual Property:
a. All digital content provided as part of the coaching program, including but not limited to videos, documents, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of The VCC.
b. Member shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any program materials without prior written consent from The VCC.
c. Unauthorized use or distribution of program materials may result in legal action.
    4.    Cancellation and Termination:
a. Member may cancel their monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to The VCC via email, info@thevirtualcoachingcenter.com.
b. Cancellation requests received after the monthly billing cycle will take effect in the following billing period.
c. Provider reserves the right to terminate a Member’s access to the program for violations of this Agreement or any inappropriate or harmful conduct within the community.
    5.    Disclaimer:
a. The VCC Private Community is intended to provide guidance, support, and education. Results may vary for each Member, and The VCC does not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results.
b. Member acknowledges that any decisions made or actions taken based on the program content are their sole responsibility.
    6.    Confidentiality and Privacy:
a. Both Provider and Member agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or personal information shared during the coaching program.
b. Provider shall handle Member’s personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.

By enrolling in The VCC Private Wealth Community and accessing the digital content, Member indicates their understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement.
